Limited Warranty Policy for SurGuard

We stand behind the quality and performance of our product, and we are pleased to offer you a 25-year limited warranty for your peace of mind.

Coverage Details:

Our limited warranty covers defects in the SurGuard product, ensuring you receive the high-quality performance you expect.

In some cases, the substrate to which SurGuard is applied may fail, causing delamination or cracking. In this case, SurGuard will repair the substrate and reapply SurGuard for a service fee and an hourly rate.

Terms and Conditions:

The limited warranty is valid for 25 years from the date of purchase.

In the event of a product defect covered by the warranty, we will provide a replacement of SurGuard at no cost to you.

However, the customer is responsible for the fees associated with hiring a licensed installer to reinstall SurGuard.

The limited warranty covers the cost of the SurGuard product itself for the re-installation process.
